Pricing Policy

At Hilifeclothing.com, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at Hilifeclothing.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our affiliate HiLife Clothing stores, in some cases, HiLife Clothing stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times.

Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Hilifeclothing.com web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information of the Hilifeclothing.com web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your Hilifeclothing.com purchase you may return it with the original Hilifeclothing.com packing receipt. Typographical Errors

In the event an Hilifeclothing.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Hilifeclothing.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hilifeclothing.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hilifeclothing.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term: Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site/ or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Hilifeclothing.com without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Payment Options (Web)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it. 

We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.

Please Note:

You will not be charged for items purchased with a credit card until they are shipped. Items purchased on debit card may be billed immediately upon order confirmation.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. 

Sales Tax & Duty

US Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI + Washington DC. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.

Canadian Tax & Duty 

Any order being shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected during checkout. A summary of these charges will be included in the Tax & Duty fee line. The order total presented at checkout will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.)

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.)

Orders cannot be shipped to Canadian P.O. Boxes.

The customs processing time frame is not included in the shipping timeline estimate.

Order Status

The status of your order is supplied by kapacollective.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. To find the status of your order:

When will my order ship?

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped

Cancellations

Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

Your item has become unavailable

We are having difficulty processing your payment information

We are unable to ship to the address provided

 If your order is cancelled, you will receive notice via email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, you may contact Customer Service for recommendations.

Customer Requested Cancellations

Our system is designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. After you have clicked "Place Your Order", you cannot cancel or change your order. Once you receive your order in the mail, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our Return Instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want all our member of our Ohana to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you're looking to make a return, rest assured. Returns are free and can be done in person or by mail.

In-Store Purchase Returns

In-store return: If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Kapa Collective Store, within (30) days of the purchase date with the original receipt, to a Kapa Collective Store, in its original condition and with the tags still attached, customer will receive a refund in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. Merchandise purchased in one of our Retail Locations must be returned or exchanged at the same location.

Return of Sale Items: Sale items that are not accompanied by the original receipt are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returns after 30 days: We are sorry, but we do not accept returns for any products purchased more than 30 days ago.

On-line returns

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days. 

Returns after 30 days - If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued.

Standard Return Shipping

Mail returns require 7-10 business days to process.

Refunds will be given within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time. We’ll make sure to also change the “Effective Date” at the top of this page so you can tell if these Terms have changed since your last visit. Please review these Terms regularly because once we post any changes, your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

License granted to Kapa Collective

We want to hear from you. Occasionally, you may see areas on the Services where you can post information or communicate with us or other users. We hope you will use these tools to meet the rest of our community and give us your feedback.

These areas may be in the form of social media posts, bulletin boards, chat rooms, comment areas, billboards, forums, news groups, postings sections or similar communications facilities.

Most importantly, we want you to know that you will keep all ownership or license rights in your User Content (as defined below), including the right to grant additional licenses to your User Content. There are no restrictions on your ownership and license rights in your User Content unless you otherwise agree in writing. However, when you provide your User Content to us, we need to be able to do certain things with it as described below.

We do not own any of your content, although by providing content to us, you may grant us a license to use it, as we’ll discuss here.

When you submit, distribute, transmit, or post any communications or any other material to Kapa Collective (either through the Services; through our pages on third party sites, such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook; or through activities in our stores, such as when you take pictures in our store photo booths. This is collectively “User Content”), you give us a right and license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content in any and all media formats or distribution channels. You agree that this license includes the right for Kapa Collective to use your User Content to provide, promote, and improve the Services. You agree that this license is irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid, royalty-free, and will survive termination of your Account. Please note that we may use User Content without compensation of any kind to you, including if we use User Content for advertising or promotional purposes. Be assured you have our thanks. Lots of it.

You also agree that if your User Content contains any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques, we can use the User Content and anything it contains for any purpose including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products.

In addition to giving Kapa Collective a license, you also give each user of the Services an irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid, and royalty-free right and license to access your User Content through the Services and to use, edit, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, adapt, and promote such submissions, including after any termination of your Account.

The bottom line is that if you share something with us, you keep ownership of it and can continue to do anything you want with it, but you allow us and our other users to use your User Content as we see fit. If you don’t agree to these conditions, then please don’t provide the materials to us.
